Chicken in batter with cornflakes and yogurt sauce with mustard and honey

Beat an egg and crush the cornflakes (they do not need to be very small pieces). Dip the chicken in the egg and then in the cornflakes.

Place the chicken in the Air fryer at 180° for 20 min. After 10min turn the chicken carefully, as some of the cornflakes may flake off, but you can add more and then bang bang.

Sauce: In a bowl pour half a Greek yogurt, a spoonful of Dijon mustard (generous), a spoonful of honey (I used rosemary), a spoonful of AOVE and a spoonful of oregano. Stir everything well and enjoy!
