Fish: Put the DORADA in the microwave container with a dash of EVOO and a pinch of salt and pepper. We put it in our microwave oven and with heat up and down we cook it for 16 minutes.

Vegetables: Heat 3 minutes in the microwave to defrost them before putting them in the Airfryer. Season with salt and pepper and a dash of AOVE. We put them in the Airfryer for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Potatoes: When the vegetables are finished. Cut the peeled potatoes into wedges and season with the spices you prefer (I put sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper) stir with AOVE and put in Airfryer for 22 minutes at 200 degrees (stir after 11 minutes).
