Chop the leek and spice the fillet (to taste). I put some silver foil on the steamer tray to be able to remove the fish without breaking it. I put the fish on the paper in the steamer, spice it, squeeze a little lemon juice over it and put the chopped leek on top.

Put everything in the steamer and it's ready! Approx. 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fish.
