first, you must mash (😂) the banana or plantain with a fork.

once it is done, mix it with the eggs (it doesn't have to be that amount, you can put all the eggs whole or only egg whites...).

In the frying pan put a little olive oil or coconut oil, whatever you want, and once hot (you can put it at 6 or so) pour the mixture. You can try to flip it pancake style but it is quite impossible hehe. I tried it and it was a bit of a disaster.
