Grate the zucchini with a grater and put it in the pan with a teaspoon of AVOE.

In one case, put a small glass of milk with two small pieces of cheese (to taste), I used tranchete light and then add the tofu, boil for 5 minutes.

Add the hummus (I made it homemade) about 2 tablespoons to the spaghetti and then the amount of sauce you want.

Stir everything together, add salt and spices to taste and in 5' ready to eat.
