Toast a slice of bread. I use my own glass bread.

Put water in a pot until it boils, pour a splash of vinegar and lower the heat, make a swirl in the water (I do it with the spaghetti utensil) and add the egg. Once you see that the egg white has covered the yolk, turn up the heat and let it cook for 3 minutes. Then take it out.

Mash the avocado so that it looks like in the picture.

Spread the avocado on the toast, then place the salmon and then the egg on top.
