Peel the almonds and mix all the ingredients in the mixer bowl. The baking soda can be replaced by a tablespoon of baking powder.

Once all the ingredients have been beaten, pour them into the donut mold, I use the cocuisine molds. Put the mold in the oven at 170° for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven when they are done and let them cool.

For the coating, melt the chocolate with half a tablespoon of oil in the microwave. Once melted, dip the donuts in the chocolate and let cool.
