Make the zucchini spaghetti with a special grater or buy ready-made ones.

Put them in a frying pan with a little EVOO, salt and pepper. I have added five shrimps but this is to taste.

For the pesto I have put to beat two branches of basil but if you have more better, about 10 almonds, the spinach, a small clove of garlic, the AOVE, beaten cheese and salt (if possible coarse). If it is too liquid, add more spinach or almonds.

Put it on top of the spaghetti and eat!!!😋
