✳️ INGREDIENTS ✳️ - 150gr of gluten free oat flour. - 30gr of extra virgin olive oil. - 50gr of peanut butter. @eosnutrisolutions - 40gr of date paste. @eosnutrisolutions *Filling: - 1 apple. - 1 banana. - Cinnamon powder to taste.

✳️ HOW IS IT DONE? ✳️ In a bowl, mix the flour, oil, peanut butter and date paste, with your hands better, the dough should be like sand. In the mold we put a little dough to make the base, we squeeze it and you will see that it sticks. Keep a little dough to put on top later. Bake the base at 200° for about 15 minutes. While we prepare the filling, peel the apple and cut into very small squares, mash a banana and mix the 2 fruits, add cinnamon and mix again. Remove the base from the oven and add the filling, put more dough on top and bake again at 200° for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool well, and ready to eat!☺️
