Carrot curry pasta with zucchini and tuna fish

FIRST: Cut the onion into cubes and the carrots into slices. In a pot put a teaspoon of EVOO and fry the onion, when it is golden brown add the carrots and integrate. Then cover with water and cover (as a tip, better to put little water first and then add to taste thickness for when we are going to beat) When the carrot is already half soft add the teaspoon of curry, garlic and salt and beat everything to taste thickness, if necessary add more water (for me it is better if it is thicker than liquid) and let stand.

SECOND: Cook the pasta according to the instructions. While we laminate the zucchini (with a potato peeler is super easy) we put it 1 minute in the microwave to soften and while we fry a garlic with half a teaspoon of AOVE. When the garlic is "golden" add it to the zucchini and reserve.

THIRD: When the pasta is ready add the sauce we had made at the beginning, the prepared zucchini, the can of tuna, the cherry tomatoes and the seeds and integrate everything. Finally I put half a slice of gouda cheese on top and put it in the microwave for about two seconds so that the cheese melts a little and.... ENJOY!
