Grilled mushrooms with garlic prawns

Peel and cut the garlic into slices and put them with a little EVOO to cook in a frying pan over medium-high heat (7 of 9).

Once the garlic is done, add the peeled shrimp and lower the heat (6 of 9). At this point add salt and black pepper. Before the prawns are done add a splash of white wine. Cook until the alcohol evaporates and set aside.

In a griddle grease a little with EVOO and put the heat on high (8 out of 9) and cook the mushrooms (with a little salt) until both sides are golden brown.

Plate the mushrooms with the shrimp and add some chopped parsley on top.
