In the baker's pan add all the liquid ingredients: 390 ml of warm water and the three tablespoons of oil (the large part of the spoon that comes with the breadmaker).

Once we have all the liquids, add the 670 g of whole wheat flour and make two small holes on the sides, one for the 4 g of yeast and the other for the 1 1/2 g of salt.

Put the pan in the breadmaker and select program n- 3 (Integral). Select 1'250 kg. Select the maximum browning. We give it start.

When the first kneading is finished, that is, when there are 2 hours and 13 minutes left, we press pause, remove the kneading paddles, press start again and wait until the process is finished.

Remove it from the mold and let it cool and it's ready.

Note: I measure the salt and oil with the glass of the bread maker.
