Clean the anchovy. We take out the head, tripe and scrape. If they do it to us in fishmonger's shop better. In my case they left me only the scrape.

We leave them with the two fillets open on a baking tray with baking paper. You can use a little oil spray or brush on the base but it is not essential, at least to me they did not stick much. So oil, anchovies, salt, pepper and spices. On top if you have to pour oil, ideal spray, so you put little and well distributed. If you don't have spray, maybe it is better to brush the anchovies first and then spice.

And now we have them ready to put in the oven. Mine as you can see were small. In 10-12 minutes with heat up and down at 180 degrees and preheated oven I had them ready. Depending on the size of the boqueron you may need 3 minutes more. And it also depends on the oven. You can check them out. There are also people who like them more toasted, in my opinion I think that more toasted are drier. But that's up to taste. You already have the base.
