Pistachio cookies

Incorporate all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained. (The chocolate in pieces)

We make small balls and shape into cookies and decorate with a few chopped pistachios. I soaked my hands in oil because the dough is very sticky.

With heat up and down at 180° about 10-15 min, depending on the size and the level of juiciness we want.

I like them juicy, so I had them for 12 minutes.
