Infuse the milk in a pot, with the skin of 1 lemon, two small cinnamon pods or 1 large and 3 units of star anise, when the milk begins to boil a little cover the pot and remove it from the heat and leave it for about 5 minutes.

We strain the milk and bottle it (I have reused the komvida bottles that are great for this), let it cool and when it is warm we keep it in the refrigerator to drink it very fresh, which is how it is the best!
