Soak the raw lentils in plenty of water the night before.

Drain the lentils very well (the drier the better) and grind them with all the ingredients (I have sautéed the garlic with its skin in the pan and then peeled it) adding a glass of water. Let the mixture stand for at least 30 minutes (the more the better).

Form small balls, flatten, add a drizzle of coconut oil (or Aove) and bake in the oven at 200 degrees with heat up and down and ventilated for about 20 minutes, keep an eye on them.
