Spaghetti with soybeans and vegetables 🍝🥒

Put the texturized soybeans in a bowl of water to soften them.

Meanwhile, we put the water to boil (I add salt and black pepper for more flavor). Cook the spaghetti for the required cooking time.

When the soybeans are soft (10 minutes or 20 minutes, depending on whether you want them softer or not), sauté them in a frying pan with EVOO.

Let it brown for a few minutes and then add the rest of the vegetables: garlic, onion, green bell pepper and zucchini.

When the vegetables are done, add the fried tomato along with the cheese and spices (to taste): salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder and hot paprika.

Place your portion of spaghetti on the plate, add the sauce and also some grated cheese and oregano to finish the recipe.
