Peel and mash the potatoes, cut the onion into julienne strips and chop the tomato, peeled and cored.

Heat water in a pot with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. When it is hot, add the potato, onion and tomato and squeeze half a lemon.

Leave for about 20 minutes over medium high heat until the potatoes are tender.

Put the whole fish in the pan and let it boil for about 5 minutes until it is done. When it is done, turn off the heat.

In a plate separate the fish and crumble it to add it back to the stew. Serve on two plates and it's ready.
