Place the wings with the marinade (salt, paprika, soy sauce, date powder, tomato powder, herbs, garlic powder, vinegar and water).

Place in the refrigerator and let stand (the longer the better, at least 30min).

Peel the potatoes while the airfryer is preheating. I have two, one with two drawers and one normal. Otherwise you will have to do one first and then the other. Another option would be the oven 😉

Add the wings and program 25' at 190°C.

Add the potatoes and program 195°C 20'.

Shake it every 10' or so.

And when you see that they are to your liking, take them out and enjoy! I accompany it with my glass of gazpacho that apart from refreshing me gives me my ration of vegetables.
