In a bowl mix the yogurt + evaporated milk + cream cheese + vanilla essence and beat with a whisk. You can add some sweetener if the flavor is too sour.

Take the ice cream mold and add a layer of ice cream mixture + thin centered layer of jam + layer of ice cream.

OPTIONAL: You can chop a homemade cookie and add it to the ice cream in the base or in the dough. I recommend it...it gives it a crunchy touch...great!
