Chop all the vegetables

In the pressure cooker, first sauté the potato and carrot with a little EVOO, then add the cabbage and leek and sauté everything together for a while.

Add water and cover the pressure cooker. Cook over medium heat for 20-30 minutes approx. and then turn off the heat.

When it is ready and the pot can be opened, drain the water left over from cooking, add the cheese spread and mash everything. Correct the salt to your taste
