Line the top of the mold so that it does not burn in the fryer. CAUTION: it must be lined all the way to the bottom so that the weight of the mold does not blow away and burn the resistance.

We put it in the preheated fryer for 5 minutes at 205 degrees with the mold covered for 30 minutes at 180 degrees and after this time, we take it out and remove the aluminum foil and leave it for another 15 minutes.

Let cool before unmolding and add the toppings, which in my case are red fruits and ready!
