We put water in a pot to boil with a handful of salt and a bay leaf. When it is boiling, add the macaroni and let it cook for the time indicated on the pasta package.

While the pasta is cooking, we prepare the pesto. To make it we will need: 1 clove of garlic, 40 grams of basil, 50 grams of grated Parmesan, 60 grams of pistachios, 4-5 tablespoons of oil, a pinch of salt and a splash of water.

In a frying pan with a little olive oil, cook the shrimp.

When the shrimp are well done, add the pasta and the pesto and cook it all together.

Once everything is well cooked, add the mozzarella pearls that take a little temperature and.... enjoy!
