Grate the cauliflower and sauté, cook the rice in a separate pan.

Prepare the avocado flowers, cutting them into slices and stretching them without separating them. Then we roll them on themselves.

For the carrot flowers we peel and with the same peeler we make strips. Arrange the strips overlapping and roll them to form a flower.

Cut the cherries in half and shell the previously cooked edamame.

We cut the tuna into 1 centimeter side lengths. Serve them raw.

For the dressing put in the blender: soy, water, lime juice, sesame oil and ginger, and blend.

We assemble the bowl placing our mixture of rice and cauliflower on the base, we place on it the toppings we have prepared. Serve the dressing and that's it! To decorate we can use chives or sesame seeds.
