I had tried making the nachos with whole wheat pancakes and although they were good they always lacked the nacho flavor of the corn. But making them homemade is a pain. When I saw these tortillas at💃 CARREFOUR💃 I saw the sky open 👏👏👏👏👏

2
Just cut them in a triangle shape with a sharp knife. I take the whole block of pancakes and cut them all at the same time. That way they all look the same.

3
I place them on a tray side by side, separated from each other. And with a kitchen brush I paint them with very little oil. Without overdoing it. And sprinkle salt on top. At this point you can add spices if you want to give it some flavor.

4
We put them in the oven at 200° for about six minutes, but each oven is different, so be careful not to brown them too much. If you see the tips already browned you have to take them out! They burn very quickly. Keep tasting until you get the point.

5
I have accompanied them with store-bought guacamole, but in my profile you have the recipe for homemade guacamole as well. In the "gorrito" section.
6
Yesterday I made a vegan Mexican dinner and the nachos were a hit! I made vegan chili (you also have the recipe in my profile) and vegan cheddar cheese (I have to upload it soon). Here's a picture of everything I put in it!
