Cut all the vegetables and preheat the fryer for 5 minutes at 205 degrees.

Mix the bean flour and water VERY COLD until the texture is neither too thick nor too liquid.

We pass the vegetables through the batter and add them to the hot fryer. If possible, try to keep them as separate as possible.

We put the fryer at 205 degrees for 15 minutes and ready! I have accompanied them with soy sauce.
