➡️Para the ice cream: in a pot heat the milk (if you want it creamier you can use cream instead of milk) with the dates (you can also use vanilla) when they are soft peel them, remove the stone and crush them with the milk (if you use vanilla pods remove them, you will only keep the seeds inside).

We put to the fire stirring all the time together with the beaten and mixed yolks. ⚠️No should boil !!!! Because it can curdle the yemas⚠️nos we will be around 80-85° of heat. When it is thicker, remove from the fire. And cool in an inverted bain-marie or in the refrigerator. It is important that it is not hot.

On the other hand, whip the cream with the electric whipping sticks or by hand. Be careful not to whip them too much as they can turn into butter! The cream must be very cold. You can put a bowl with ice under where you are going to whip it.

We mix the two parts with enveloping movements should be a homogeneous mixture.

When it is ready we can eat it as is, although I like to leave it a little longer in the freezer so that it is perfect at all. And it's ready!

For the pancakes I used this recipe for four people because it was a snack for friends: ✅4 PLANTS. ✅180G GROUND OATS. ✅140 NATURAL PROTEIN YOGURT ✅1 TBSP. GROUND APPLE AND CINNAMON SEEDS (A MIX BOUGHT AT CARREFOUR). ✅2 EGGS ✅100ML MILK OR VEGETABLE DRINK ✅2 SACHETS OF YEAST ➡️triturar with a mixer, grease a non-stick pan with a napkin dipped in oil, when it is very strong add a little dough (so that they are all the same you can use an ice cream scoop) cover the pan and when the top is dry turn it over and repeat with all the dough. This way they are perfect! 👌
