Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and then add the coconut oil and date paste.

Spread the mixture on a baking paper, flattening it well so that it is a rather thin layer and everything is roasted evenly.

We put in the air fryer at 170°C for 8 minutes twice. It is better to do it this way so that it does not burn. If we want it more toasted we put it a few minutes more.

Once ready, melt the ounces of chocolate and spread it over the granola (we can omit this step if we want it without chocolate).

Let the chocolate cool, chop the granola and put it in a glass bowl.
