Prepare the apples. Peel and cut them in half, remove the core and slice them. Then set aside.

First we pour the yogurt in a bowl and use it for the other measurements. We start with the lemon juice, eggs, oil, vanilla, date paste and milk. We beat it all and then add the oatmeal and yeast.

When everything is a homogeneous mixture, add the sliced apples (not all of them, because they should be left to garnish on top) and stir with a tongue or spoon to avoid breaking them.

Grease the mold and heat the oven to 175º. When it is hot, bake for about 30 or 40 minutes without opening it to prevent it from going down.

When it is finished, let it rest and eat it cold. I have painted it with a little peach jam so that the apples are shiny on top.
