Clarifications: 馃敼The tigernut that I put is in flour 馃敼The coconut milk is the one I made these days. 馃敼The currants are frozen from home. 馃敼The egg is goose egg although there is no other option than duck egg you know 馃槒馃槄 We start by crushing in a mortar the cardamom seeds and mix in a bowl with the vanilla and flours .

In another bowl put the egg and beat it with the date paste, add the coconut milk, the lemon zest and the grated coconut that I crushed for the milk.

Mix the liquids with the flours (reserve a couple of tablespoons of flour to coat the fruit) and add it to the dough.

Grease a baking pan and pour the batter. Bake at 180掳 45 minutes

When cool unmold and decorate with more currants and raspberries. It is very tender and delicious 馃槏馃槏馃槏馃槏馃槏馃槏.
