Mix and beat the eggs. In another bowl mix the other ingredients (only a spoonful of date paste and without putting the Agar agar or the red fruits) and finally join the two mixtures. Put in a mold and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Mix the berries with a spoonful of date paste and the Agar agar (I made more to keep). Cook for about 3 minutes and crush the berries with a fork while cooking.

Once everything is cooked and cooled, put the melmelade on top of the cake.
