INGREDIENTS: For the cake: - 5 eggs - 150g oat flour - 120g date paste - 8g cornstarch - a pinch of salt For the filling: - 100g ricotta - 100g cream cheese - 80g chocolate 85% or higher For the topping: - 90g 85% or higher dark chocolate - 90ml milk

Beat the eggs with a whisk (preferably electric) for about 6 minutes at medium speed).

Pour over the log and decorate by making marks with a fork.

Add the date paste and beat for another 6 minutes.

Sift and mix the flour, cornstarch and salt with a spatula and encircling movements.

Pour onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Bake at 200° for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven without air.

For the filling, beat the ricotta and cream cheese. Melt the chocolate and add it to the cheese mixture. Beat again.

Spread and roll (with the help of the baking paper we have used).

We cut two small pieces to make the trunk shape.
