WRAP 1: SPINACH WITH TORTILLA AND SEMI-CURED CHEESE 🥚. - Sauté for 8 minutes the frozen spinach in a frying pan with a little EVOO. - At the same time, make the French omelette. - Finally, assemble the wrap with semi-cured cheese and brown it in the frying pan so that it gets crispy and the cheese melts. To assemble it, make a cut from an outer point to the middle point of the pancake and fold the squares one on top of the other.

WRAP 2: AVOCADO WITH CHICKEN AND CHEESE🥑. - Mash the avocado together with a dash of EVOO, salt and black pepper. - Grill the chicken breasts, cut into strips. - Assemble the wrap as in number 1.

WRAP 3: MUSHROOMS WITH CARAMELIZED ONIONS AND CHEESE 🍄. - Slice the previously washed mushrooms and poach them with EVOO. - Also fry the julienned onion and add a teaspoon of date paste to caramelize it. - Assemble the wrap as in number 1 and 2.
