WRAP 1: SPINACH WITH TORTILLA AND SEMI-CURED CHEESE 🥚. - Sauté for 8 minutes the frozen spinach in a frying pan with a little EVOO. - At the same time, make the French omelette. - Finally, assemble the wrap with semi-cured cheese and brown it in the frying pan so that it gets crispy and the cheese melts. To assemble it, make a cut from an outer point to the middle point of the pancake and fold the squares one on top of the other.
