Separate the whites from the yolks. On one side, whip the egg whites until stiff.

Beat the egg yolks with the cream and the date paste.

Add the cheese mixture to the egg whites in small quantities and with slow, encircling movements so that they do not run down.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees up and down heat.
