- Let our @thinkingfood dough ball rest until it doubles in size, once thawed at room temperature. - Roll out the raisin until it is thin and roughly rectangular in shape. - Divide it into 8 equal rectangular pieces. - Fill with the chocolate cream and roll it in the shape of a napolitana. - Paint with a beaten egg on top. - Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°.

FOR THE CHOCOLATE CREAM: - We mix two tablespoons of defatted peanut powder, two tablespoons of defatted cocoa powder and two tablespoons of date paste (to taste). Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
