For the base, grind the hazelnuts and walnuts and then add the corn flakes and grind some more until it is like a powder (with lumps).

Add a few tablespoons of date paste to the powder until it becomes a workable dough. Then we will put it in the base of the pan (ovenproof) and spread it.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Now we start with the 'dough'. We will mix the rest of the ingredients together with the date paste and beat it. When beating it, bubbles should come out.

Put the dough in the bowl in which we previously spread the base.

Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes until the top is very toasted.

When removed from the oven, let it cool at room temperature until lukewarm/cool. Rest for about 1 hour

Then put it in the refrigerator for better curing. 20-30 min minimum
